About the Poo-Poo Purge

Everything starts with family, service, and a deep love for dogs

Our majority owner, Kristina “Kristi” Chmielinski, is a proud Army veteran who spent 13 years serving as a combat medic. She’s married to a retired Air Force and Army veteran with 34 years of service, and their daughter also followed in their footsteps, serving 7 years in the Air Force. Across their careers, Kristi, her husband, and their daughter have deployed in support of Operation Desert Storm, Operation Iraqi Freedom, Operation Enduring Freedom, Operation Inherent Resolve, and many other operations and duty stations, sacrifices that shaped a family culture of resilience, responsibility, and taking care of others. That lifetime of service shaped Kristi’s values: show up, do the hard work no one else wants to do, and leave things better than you found them. The Poo Poo Purge is her way of bringing that same commitment home to local families, communities, and businesses, by taking a dirty, time-consuming chore off their plate and turning it into a reliable, professional service.

Devoted Dog Owners

Tiffany Salisbury, brings the heart of a true animal lover to the business. As a devoted dog owner, Tiffany understands firsthand how much joy pets bring, and how quickly yards, apartment communities, and shared green spaces can get overwhelmed by pet waste when life gets busy. She combines that personal experience with a strong eye for customer care, making sure our clients feel heard, appreciated, and well taken care of. Tiffany is passionate about creating cleaner, safer outdoor spaces where families, neighbors, and their dogs can relax and play without worrying about what’s underfoot.

Together, Kristi and Tiffany built The Poo Poo Purge on simple but powerful principles: respect people’s time, treat every property like your own, and show genuine care for the pets that make our lives better. As a woman veteran owned, family centered business, they’re not just picking up after a family’s best friend, they’re helping communities look better, feel safer, and enjoy their outdoor spaces again.
